Porous silicone sealers. Silicone sealers are designed for convenient and efficient hermetic sealing of connectors of various high-temperature devices, as well as for noise and vibration insulation. Main specifications: operating temperature range: -60 / +200-400°C. High atmosphere and weather resistance, no toxicity. High flexibility, bending resistance. Good resistance to the cut expansion and compressive deformation. Siliconesealers are produced in the form of long length wire harnesses, tubes, rectangular, segmental or other profiles, in the form of ring structures, in the form of molded articles, as well as with the combined structure comprising different types of rubbers. They are used in the food industry, smoking, proofing and drying ovens, in auto industry, aviation, vessel building, they are also used as insulation and sealing of heat and gaz output equipment. Sealers have differences in characteristics (color, material, shape and heat resistance) depending upon its application.

Silicone O- rings, offered by our company, are used in pneumatic systems of machines, heat engineering. They are used: to seal both mobile and stationary hydraulic connections in hostile environments at extreme temperatures; to seal in pneumatic devices. They withstand pressures up to 50 MPa. Applied for vibration damping. They are also used as the insulating gap against dust, light, moisture, heat, etc. Main features: increased resistance to high and low temperatures: -60°C to + 260°C. Resistance to sea and fresh water, salt solutions, alcohols, phenols, mineral oils, acids and alkalis, hydrogen peroxide, ozone, vacuum, radiation exposure, electric fields and discharges (up to 20 — 30 kV/mm). The properties of silicone are not changed when exposed to sunlight and air. Inertial reaction — contact with food is possible. Increased resistance to aging and to chemical environment.
